We recycle about 75 percent of the waste generated in our stores, including used tires, fluids and other automotive products. In early 2008, we became the first national automotive retailer to switch to using environmentally-friendly steel wheel weights instead of lead wheel weights. We are also piloting other environmental programs in several of our locations around the country, including the first green oil change service in Portland, OR.
